Ron LeGrand is another top name in
the real estate road to riches game. Now, I am not
a fan of this path to personal wealth because it is
too labor intensive. Too much road work searching
for properties, too much phone work, and too many
hours to achieve the results I get everyday with my
simple online businesses.
However, I don’t want to discourage
those of you that believe that real estate is the
one thing alone that never loses value because no
more land is being made. You folks are determined
and I hope this review of Ron LeGrand is helpful.
When you think of Ron LeGrand think
of Carlton Sheets in silk sheets. I know for some
of you that will be a stretch, but I simply mean he
will cost you more than cotton. Both say essentially
the same things in their books, courses and seminars.
You could follow either method and achieve success
if you don’t throw in the towel prematurely.
However, the cost of Ron LeGrand’s
work is twice that of Carlton Sheets and then some.
At $600.00 a book, or buy two and get one free, Carlton
Sheets is a steal at under $200.00. If you are interested
in learning For-Sale-By-Owner techniques, retail and
wholesale techniques, and lease-to-own techniques,
then these may be the books for you.
This is a decision on price and on
personality. You decide, and, the best of luck in
