John Beck

Another real estate scheme to wealth is hawked by John Beck in his book, John Beck’s Free and Clear Real Estate System. It’s such a pathetic attempt to make money.

His system is based on the idea that you should seek out homeowners who are delinquent in their property taxes, and buy them out for pennies on the dollar. This is a miserable attempt to prey on the less fortunate.

Personally, I feel it’s a failure of our government to allow any homeowner to actually ever completely own their home. You can be free and clear with your bank, have the note to your home, and you can still lose your house to unpaid property taxes.

Never resort to using the suffering of others to better your own situation. There is never gain in personal greed. Like I said, John Beck’s advice is pathetic at best and isn’t worth your attention. There are honorable ways to earn money.
